Terms of Use
Last updated: July 18, 2026. By using Racelist you agree to these terms.
The service
Racelist provides a private training log and optional tools to browse US race listings. Features may change, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian’s consent where required).
Your content
You retain ownership of the training notes, routes, and other content you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content so the product can work for you. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material.
Race information
Race search results come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Racelist is not a registration platform and does not guarantee race details. Confirm dates, distances, fees, cancellation policies, and course information on the official race website before registering or traveling.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal personal use.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
- Do not use the service for illegal activity.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Racelist and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on race listings or training tools (including injury from training or racing). Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service and delete your account.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
